KOLAK PISANG
• 1 kg bananas
• 1 ounce brown sugar
• 1 pound of sugar / white sugar
• 1 ounce fro, cleaned and halved
• 2 pieces of pandan leaves, washed
• 65 ml of instant coconut milk
• 3 cups water (720 ml), for the kolak‘s gravy
Method:
1. Bananas are cut sloping, the magnitude according to taste, then set aside.
2. Brown sugar by boiling liquefied using enough water, then filtered.
3. Boil brown sugar before the sugar / white sugar, stirring until blended.
4. Add water, bananas, boiled until the banana changes color.
